Article I — Name
The organization shall be known as OUTLaws: LGBTQ+ Law Students Association.

Article II — Purpose
OUTLaws fosters an affirming community for LGBTQ+ law students and allies; advances equity in legal education and the profession; and provides education, mentorship, and advocacy opportunities.

Article III — Membership
Membership is open to all students regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Allies are welcome.

Article IV — Officers & Duties

Article V — Non-Discrimination
OUTLaws does not discriminate on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, disability, religion, age, veteran status, or any protected category under university policy or applicable law.
